- Simply put, brainstorming is an activity that enables a small group of individuals, interacting spontaneously, to come up with an assortment of ideas in order to achieve a certain purpose. In this article, I will focus on the brainstorming activities for "reading comprehension" that I use in my class on "Multicultural Approach to Japanese Reading Comprehension."
