- 概要:
- This paper focuses on the roles and the structures of two emerging regimes: the United Nations Development Cooperation Forum and the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation. We show that these two regimes overlap to a considerable extent not only in their mandates but also in their structures. Judging from the regime theory, we can conclude that these two regimes do not seem to create a situation so-called "regime complex" but have been … causing an inefficient situation. In order to dissolve such a situation, we can insist that emerging economies such as China and India have key roles because their voices have become to carry considerable weight in the international arenas. Then, in the latter half of the paper, we examine the roles of three East Asian countries, China, South Korea, and Japan, each of which has a significant role in either the UNDCF or GP-EDC or in both. 続きを見る
